Food manufactures (vine productions, fruit and vegetable canning industry, oil plants, sugar industry) produce a large amount of waste. This waste is, uncontrolled, deposited and pollute land, surface waters, underground waters and air. In this work is given a technology treatment for production a organic mineral fertilizer by utilization this waste like secondary raw material. This technology eliminates waste from present food processing and simultaneously gives ecology product from a produce waste.
