Basic intention of this paper is to show the possibility of pollution underground water in different conditions of hydrogeological medium, if you make some mistakes during geological, and specially hydrogeological exploration in primary phase and also in phase of detail exploration. In this paper it will be show the possibility of pollution underground water cause by accident sitiation during exploitation of sanitary city landfill tampon layer with critical note about building the landfill from hydrogeological aspect given in Of. Paper of RS (the Republic of Serbia), no. 54/92.
