In this study is determined the physico-chemical diagnostic of Sandy weakly-developed soils, widely distributed in the region near Varna. It is estabilished that they are with a low carbonate content, moderate alkaline, strongly basic, with low sorption exchange capacity, weakly colloidal and low bufferal, with average relative able to adsorption and improper constructed. It is establiched that the soils, formed under grass vegetation are characterising with more high sorption exchange capacity and more high base saturation degree. Low acidic exchange hydrogen dosen't provoke destructive modification in the soils under wood vegetation.
