Investigation of hammer velocity impact on maize corn breaking

The paper investigated one of the factors with the greatedt impact on the process of breaking conventrated gorage by means of hammur mill. Empirical relations are established between strike velocity and percentage of corn broken by one a single hit for three sorts of maize corn and at six humidity levels. A velocity is defined whereat the trend of corn humidity oinfluence on the degree of breaking with one hit changes its diection.
