The application of growth regulator epin raised productivity of spring wheat by 0,53 t/ha on the background H60 P40 K60 on sward-podzolic light loam soils, that of quartazin - by 0,40 t/ha and that of emistim - by 0,31 t/ha on the average for 3 years. The growth regulators raised the content of protein in grains of spring wheat by 0,4...0,6% and crude gluten - by 0,5...0,8%. For spring triticale quartazin and emistim appeared to be more effective than any of the investigated growth regulators. On the background N60 P60 K60 they raised grain productivity by 0,53 and 0,56 t/ha accordingly. The application of growth regulators strengthens the action of mineral fertilizers, especially nitric fertilizers and makes it possible to reduce their dozes by 30% and it is an important element of energy saving fertilizing system. The growth regulators epin, ecoflyazh, potatin, emistim and quartazin essentially raised the productivity of potatoes on the background N60 P45 K90, but epin and emistim proved to be more effective. They increased the productivity of tuber by 4,3 and 6,1 t/ha. Nonroot dressing by zinc and copper have not rendered essential influence on the productivity of spring wheat but have raised the content of protein by 0,4...0,5% and crude gluten - by 0,9...1,0% in grains. Nonroot dressing by copper promoted the increase of starch content in potato tubers by 1,0%
