[Peroxidase polymorphism in apple cultivars under different conditions of coldness stress]

Peroxidase polymorphysm of apple leaves depending on temperature and freezing time was studied by electrophoresis method in polyacrylamide gel. It was found that isoperoxidase set changed depending on cultivar, date of leaf selection and freezing temperature. Comparative analysis of peroxidase electrophoregrammes at different temperatures and freezing dates is presented in the paper. The most accurate polymorphysm is marked off for peroxidase leaves selected for analysis in October
