The aim of Master research was to point out status, problems and course of events in terms of privatization models in agrar, but also to highlight alternative ways and approaches in process of agrar - complex privatization. One of the research aims was, also, to analyse and examine adequate models acting in vicinage (in terms of their reliability in process of economic efficiency growth), which could be later successfully adapted to domestic larger companies within primary agricultural production and food industry. The privatization models are different in specific countries. Therefore, the privatization models should be adapted to current status, time, tradition and culture of the country. Each privatization model has its advantages and weaknesses. While selecting privatization model very important is to use experiences of other countries. The privatization of agriculture and food processing industry should result in ppositive effects. Agrar companies should be transformed into modern companies with clear ownership and corporate management structure.
