This study represents the attempt which is going to determine the relationship between the education and the environmental protection and also to respond on some basic problems in this area. Results of researches in educational theory and practice are represented in the area of environmental protection as well as in our and in international frame. Inter- and multidisciplinary meditation and comparative recognition of researched problems helped the author to create the scientific conception and theoretical foundation of education for the environmental protection. According to this, systematically is projected the improvement and the modernization of education in future. Planning, organizing, and didactics-methodical possibilities and basic model of education for the environmental protection are determined in all levels (in pre-school, primary school, secondary school, colleges) and in all segments (school and extracurricular - family, mass-media, enterprises, social organizations etc.) of educational system. The these frames (in concept of sustainable development and permanent education) the recommendations and the suggestions are worked out for the development of formal and informal system of education in future.
