Testing of the self-propelled corn snapper "Berko 041"

The results of exploitation testing of the self-propelled corn snapper "Berko 041" were presented in this paper. The result of influence of snapper working speed on height of stem rest as well as length of chopped stem point out that cut height and length of chopped stem increasing with increasing working speed. The losses of husk sections were in the limits of an allowed value. A corncob quality in tank was very good with average value of undamaged corncob over 97%.
