Virtually, no information is available on experimentally induced inflammatory response in buffaloes. In the present experiment, the duration of increased vascular permeability induced by histamine and 5-hydroxytryptamine was investigated in the buffalo calves, while carrying out studies on the acute inflammatory response in buffaloes using skin as a test system.
