Studies on isolation, serotyping and antibotic sensitivity of salmonellae isolated from ducks

Salmonellae, the universal pathogens are creating constant problem to the developing poultry sectors. In India and aborad Salmonella infections have been reported in ducks from time to time both from organised farms and small private holdings. The present study was undertaken on salmonellosis in ducks in Govt. farms and small private holdings regarding isolation, serotyping and antibiotic spectra.
