Intellectual, professional, commercial and documentary risks of land use in Latvia

The research leads to the conclusion that the intellectual and professional level of managers of rural farms greatly causes risks of different levels for the yield of cultivated plants. The cornering of resources by talented, business oriented and skilled farmers mitigate the risk types, factors and capacity of their impact left on the use of land. At the present stage of development, the economic efficiency of production in the crop farming in Latvia is determined by the existence of all production factors, their balanced operation and qualified and professional use of the production resources or due to quite different actions. Unfavourable legislation or unfavourable amendments to law may cause and even cause documentary risks to farmers.
