The cross Hibro-G chickens at the age of 1-49 days were chosen as a test materials. Cross Hybro-G broilers were fed with the concentrates prepared by the company Iecavnieks. The concentrates of the trials groups contained: for group 1-2% of rapeseed oil, for group 2-2% of soybean oil and 1% of rapeseed oil, for group 3-2% of soybean oil and 2% of rapeseed oil, for group 4-3% if soybean oil. In case of feeding 2% of soybean and 2% of rapeseed oil mixture the broilers assimilated fatty acids better than in case of feeding only soybean oil. Inclusion of 2% of soybean and 2% of rapeseed oil in broilers rations improved meat quality by increasing linoleic and linolenic acid by 11.5% and 2.8%, decreased content of cholesterol in muscular tissue mass and liver by 0.20 g kgE-1 and 0.38 g kgE-1.
