A green house study was conducted at Agriculture University Peshawar to find out the critical level of zinc for the best performance and hence yield of 15 different soil series of Peshawar-NWFP valley. The study revealed that the critical level of zinc in these fifteen soil series with DTPA extraction using graphical and statistical method was found to be 0.60 and 0.45 mg.kg-1 respectively, with an average of 0.52 mg.kg-1.
