Decorative plants influencing air pollutions in apartments

Modern technologies in construction industry and technical-electronic devices in closed facilities have contributed to accumulation of toxic and irritating substances in our apartments. Those unfavourable consequences can be moderated to a significant degree by introducing pot plants to our rooms. From among a wide range of decorative plants that contribute to decreasing air pollutions at housing facilities the following should be mentioned: Chamaedorea seifrizii, Chryzalidocarpus lutescensc, Dieffenbachia camilla, Dracena fragrans, Ficus benjamina, Ficus robusta, Hedera helix, Nefrolepsis exaltata, Spathipyllum wallisii is among tha plants that have the strongest effect on removing toxic substances from the air
