Questionnaires and interviews are very effective instrument to gain information about community. They can be used in such situations, where other ways to gain information's deceive (when the standard and common procedures of collecting definite data aren't existing). Often they can also appear, as the one and only credible source. It's very difficult to obtain information concerning condition and expectation of local economical sector. This informations are of high importance in order to obtain local developments plans, as well as to create a local economical environment
