This study was conducted to determine effects of various intercropping planting patterns on yields and agronomic characters of dent and sweet corn and dwarf and climbing bean at Isparta ecological conditions in 2000-2001. According to the two years experimental results, intercropping has significantly influenced plant height (I. year), first ear height, number of kernel per ear, grain and ear yield of dent and sweet corn. In 2000, the highest grain and ear yield of dent and sweet corn were obtained from sole cropping and corn and dwarf bean alternative rows and sole cropping in 2001, respectively. The highest seed yields of dwarf and climbing bean were determined from sole cropping in both years
