A method of correcting metabolism in young bulls under conditions of technogenic contamination with cadmium includes adding a mixture of methionates of some micronutrients (iron, copper and cobalt). In the course of the final period of the feeding a vitamin preparation is administered to the animals, and manganese and zinc methionates are additionally entered to the mixture of the methionates. In doing so trivitamin is used as the vitamin preparation
