A method of producing, storing and preparing juices for realization envisages cutting raw material, obtaining a wort, delivering the wort into a reservoir, pasteurizing, pouring thereof into at least one container, storing and transporting the container for realization. The pouring is carried out into at least one many-layer bag, the volume of which is not less than 3 litres, which is provided with a pouring opening and a hermetic valve, wherein the juice is stored up to the realization, and prior to the transportation for realization the juice is poured from the bag into lesser package
