The results of a mathematical prognosis for the choice of newly created initial silkworm lines genetically marked by sex on the egg and larvae stage for selection and industrial hybridization were analyzed. The model used for mathematical prognosis in the choice of the best ones among the large number of possible combinations, as well as for creation of new synthetic populations for industrial rearing. Especially highly perspective for industrial utilization were found to be the heterozygous F1 hybrids T-15/4 x TBV-2/24, XT-215/38 x TV-3/2 and their reciprocals, which was proved by the real experimental silkworm rearings.
