Technological characterization of some native maize hybrids

It was made a technological characteristic by using some of the physical, chemical and milling traits of six hybrids from crops - year 2002. As a result was established that all of the hybrids are with good technological traits. The semolina products are in the biggest quantities in the hybrids Kneja 509, Kneja 611 and Kneja 625. The low fat content in the endosperm of examined hybrids is the main reason for receiving high quality semolina products.
