State financial support of agro-industrial production should promote the most effective forms and types of production, provide the necessary conditions for the stable economic activity and extended reproduction for the agricultural producers. It is advisable to reduce the types of the state support spending. Realization of reform in the sphere of the state support of agro-industrial complex should base on the development of the special branch programme taking into consideration the specific character of agricultural production
