Soroko, V.I. | Pirogovskaya, G.V. | Rusalovich, A.M.(Institute for Soil Science and Chemistry, Minsk (Belarus))
The dependence of winter rye and triticale yields on the application of the increasing doses of organic and mineral fertilizers on sod-podzolic sandy soil was shown. Winter triticale was found to be more responsive to the application of the increasing doses of mineral fertilizers. The using of organic-mineral fertilizer system (15 t/ha of organic fertilizers and 162-243 kg/ha of NPK) resulted 22-26 c/ha in the yield and profitability 19%. The growing of winter rye on sand soils with the application of 10 t/ha organic fertilizers and N60P32K70 provided 24 c/ha yield. In this case the expenses for fertilizers introduction are equal to the cost of yield response
