[Fat and acid composition of rape oil]

The fat and acid composition of rape oil was studied. It was found out that the content of main fat acids of the rape oil was very similar to olive oil and oil of high oleic sunflower hybrids and the content linolenic acid in rape oil even surpassed other oils. The content of oleic acid in rape oil in different experimental variants was inversely proportional to the linolenic acid content. The same regularity was defined in the content of palmitic and arachidic acids. In the conditions of dry and hot weather the content of oleic acid in rape seeds oil increases. In the conditions of heavy rains and cold weather the content of linolenic acid increases
