[Virus reinfection on improved potato]

It is determined that by reproduction in the field crop potato improved by crop tissue method is influenced by the repeated viral infection which later on leads to potato variental and seed qualities decrease. The intensiveness of virus accumulation in plants largely depends on variety resistance and pathogen biology. By 2002-2004 research results the peculiarities of the dynamics of X, Y, M, S viruses accumulation in two-three subsequent reproductions of the improved varieties Axamite, Lazurit, Zhivitsa, Krinitsa, Tempo differed both by precocity and resistance degree to virus infection are shown
