Application of new Decree on criteria and mode for raw milk payment started on January the 1st, 2003. According to the Decree parameters for raw milk payment are fat and protein content, number of somatic cells and total bacteria count. Besides content of the Decree, the results for quality of raw milk since start of the implementation of new Decree were presented and compared to the results from previous periods.
