The aim of the study was to determine the effect of specific macroelements (N, P, K, Ca and Mg) on growth and multiplication of the shoots of sweet cherry rootstock Gizela 5 (Gi 5) in vitro. Dynamics of the change in the macroelements content in the medium and explants, along with its effect on the growth and multiplication were monitored using analytical approach.
