Types of sorters used in plant product quality control

The paper presents an analysis of devices on automatical processing quality control for various products such as fries, chips, snacks and dry products. Different types of quality control and sorting devices are based on main physical properties (shape, size, colour, structure, electric conductivity etc.) were analyzed. Technical characteristics and operational principles are also shown. Apart from educative character, this analysis should show the role of controlling systems introduction in referent processing program, emphasizing their importance.
