The inovated methodology for elaboration of integral cadaster of environment polluters was created in 2001. During 2003, the methodology was tested in several Serbian companies. The methology is processed according to EU Directives connected to environment protection, Basel Convention and established laws in Serbia and Montenegro and Republic of Serbia. Seted forms are interactive and created in Adobe(R)PDF, so forms could be used in all mostly favoured operating systems. Reference information and guidelines for forms fill in are enclosed and the whole package is instaled on CD by reason of easier distribution. Filled forms could be saved, printed, sent through intra/internet.
