Vine cultivar identification by RAPD method

RAPD method relies on single or pairs of decamer random DNA sequences which amplify targeted DNA by the PCR (Polymerase Chain Reaction). Generated DNA fragments are separated by electrophores, stain by ethidium bromide and observing under UV lights.
