Agrobiological and technological characteristics of cultivar White Burgundy in Nis vineyard district [Serbia (Serbia and Montenegro)]

Agrobiological and technological characteristics of the White Burgundy wine cultivar are presented in this paper. They have been controlled for four years, from 2001 to 2004. Grape of this cultivar is used for the production of high-quality white wines. Phenophases: vegetation started (buds opening and young plants growth) on April 16th, and ripening was on September 21st. Grape mass was 98.4; the number of grape clusters per grapevine was 35; the yield was 3,450 kg (11,498 kg per ha). Must sugar content was from 20.9 and total acid content from 7.01.
