Dwindling number of agrarian enterprises and increases in the size of agricultural land per farm is also a general trend in this country. On basis of questionnaire surveys and detailed statistical data banks we studied the course of events concerning small and medium sized farms in each settlement of the county of Jasz-Nagykun-Szolnok between 1997 and 2002 in detail.
