Effect of mineral fertilisation on the yield and sugar content of triticale on chernozem soil

In the 18th year of a long-term fertilisation experiment on calcareous loamy chernozem soil, tests were made on the effects of various N, P and K supply levels and their combinations on the development, yield and seed quality parameters of triticale and on the sugar content of young shoots. The soil of the experimental location contained 3% humus, 5% CaCO3 and 20% clay in the ploughed layer, and was poorly supplied with P and Zn and moderately well with N and K.
