Present situations and problems of activities of reusing uncultivated farmland

In this study, the questionnaire survey on the activities of reusing uncultivated farmland was done, and the present situations and the problems were considered. As a result, the followings were uncovered. 1) The ways of reusing uncultivated farmland are classified into 12 kinds, and the recreational garden is the most number of the cases. 2) The leader of the activities has been changed from farmer to the local populace. 3) The problems of activities are labor shortage and securing profitability. Therefore, the administration's supports are needed.
