"The purpose of this paper was to examine about the merit and the meaning which utilizes the technique and the information to evaluate wood quality (MOE) by the growing standing tree which various forest stands for the both side of the forestry and the forest product. It evaluated qualitative resource information on the local area forest about the present which forest planning in the past as the individual purpose and it examined the technique to apply to the efficient forest product is based on it. Also, it evaluated the relation of the forest planning and the growth environment and the wood quality in the past and it tried to estimate that the wood quality changes inside the tree trunk. Moreover, it examined about the technique of the evaluation on the wood quality of the sugi plus tree can become inheritance resources in future. The results are summarized as follows."
