Target effect of researches for years 1990 and 1997 was qualification of possibility of potential productive agricultures took in frames of new administrative partition by provinces Lower-Silesian. In support for method of statistical analysis one represented changes in structure of productive results in agriculture and magnitude of production vegetable and animal. Obtained results confirm growing less level of supplies in agriculture and volume of production vegetable and animal in investigated years, what puts into influences of lowering of level of intensity of organization of agricultural production. Will demand this adaptations of function of development of agriculture to programmes of development of country areas in dealt out regions to come into being of province Lower-Silesian
