In the experiment station we investigated the effect of mixed culture of yellow lupin with spring triticale Wanad on development and cropping of both components of the mixture. The experiment was carried in split-plot system for 2 variables in 4 repetitions. The investigated factors were as follows: 1. yellow lupin cultivars - Markiz and Teo2. componets relationship expressed by the number of sown seeds per 1 sq. m. For both lupin cultivars, the highest total yield of lupin seeds, triticale seeds, staw and after harvest residues was obtained with sowing 20 lupin seeds and 320 triticale seeds per 1 sq. m. The highest protein content from lupin and triticale seeds was obtained with sowing 40 lupin seeds and 240 triticale seeds - for Markiz variety, but for lupin Teo the best results were obtained in monoculture. The after-harvest residues of lupin and triticale enriched soil most of all in N - 46 and K - 72
