Mineral element concentrations in drainage water from agricultural area in Poland

The aim of the studies was to determine the concentration standards for nitrate nitrogen, ammonium nitrogen, phosphates, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium, chlorites and sulphates in drainage waters collected at agricultural areas in Poland. Those standards have been assumed as mean concentration values, a scatter of reasults' range around the mean and class ranges of element concentrations. The studies also dealt with the assessment of drainage water quality in the regions in relation to the criteria accepted for surface water
