Shoot of Globba villosula Gagnep were cultured on Murashige and Skoog (1962) supplemented with BA at 0.0, 1.0, 2.0, 3.0, and 4.0 mg/l. The effect of BA concentration on height, number of leaf and number of root were significant (1 percent level) after cultured on medium 60 days-old. The medium containing 1.0 mg/l BA showed the highest of height (8.96 cm.), number of lead (16.66 leaf per explant) and number of root (23.93 root per explant). While the number of shoot was no significant but the medium supplemented with 1.0 mg/l BA showed tendency to produce the highest of shoot number per explant (5.33 shoots per explant).
