Molds in young fruit panicle of longan

Longan is a thin-skinned fruit that has sweet taste. After being harvested, longan that is stored in 5 deg C trends to be invaded with various species of mold resulting in damages. These molds are expected to come from young fruit panicle and penetrate to the fruit since before it is harvested. In this experiment clusters of young longan fruit were brought back so that the molds would be isolated. This was done every 2 weeks until the harvest time. Many kinds of molds were founds. The most common ones are Pestalotiopsis, Lasiodiplodia, Fusarium, unidentified 2, Alternaria, Botrytis, unidentified 7, Chaetomium, Negrospora, and Colletotrichum respectively.
