Rice is the most important cereal in Vietnam, and hybrid rice always playsan important role. For these years, using Biotechnology in rice breeding has been more paid attention. Among them using thin cell layer in vitro method for maintaining the xeterosis is more successful. By this method we can multiplication very quick hybrid rice F1 by thin cell layer method.
