Highlights the impact of forestry extension work in Mwanza ward since its inception phase 1, 1982 to 1988/9 under Rural Afforestation Project up to the second phase 11 which started in 1990/91 and ended in 1997/8.Tree planting was initiated in this ward and to some extend many rural farmers accepted or taken up the need to plant trees.
