Decontaminating effect in the production of pressed and clarified juice from raspberries contaminated with pesticides

Experiments have been carried out for studying of migration of pesticides Reldan 40EK and Rubidan 12EK during the production of pressed and clarified juice from contaminated raspberries. The effect of different methods of washing and obtaining of clarified juice fron raspberries on reducing the pesticides residues have been studied by gaschromatographical analyses. The established considerable reduction of the pesticides concentrations is a precondition for the recommending of such kind of technologies as advisable in the achieving of good decontaminating effect and the obtaining of safe for health products.
