The results showed lead concentrations under 1 mg/kg in young wood and higher concentrations in perennial wood. The cadmium concentrations vary from 0.08 to 0.13 xg/kg in the young vine wood. The quantity of the metals examined is greatr in the foliar mass compared to the vine wood. The lead and cadmium content in the grapes and the wines yielded is lower than the requirements set forth in the relevant standards.
