Selection of extragents for evaluation iron and manganese assimilation from tobacco

The investigation is conducted on alluvial-meadow, meadow-cinnamonic, cinnamonic-forest and humus-carbonate soils with Virginia tobacco. Significant differences in the extragents'ability to extract Fe and Mn from the soil been observed. A correlation-regression analysis between pH, humus, mechanical composition, total content and moving forms of iron and manganese in soil and element's concentration in ttobacco leaves has been made. A linear correlation between soil humus and iron concentration in tobacco leaves was established.
