[Stability of biological properties of salmonells during preparation of immune-biological medications]

Research results of influence of nucleic acid salts on biological, cultural and reproductive characteristics of salmonells bacteria (Salmonella pullorum gallinarum) used for production of active immune medication of animals are presented. It was found out that virulent bacteria respond to the stimulation more actively than weak-virulent ones. Salmonells biological properties during incubation on Hottinger broth are presented. Usage of nucleic acid salts in the process of salmonells cultivation increases in large extent their biological, cultural and reproductive activity
