[Organizational and economic mechanism of enhancement of efficiency of diary industry enterprises capacities usage]

Improvement of usage of industrial capacities of processing enterprises is one of the most important tools of their revival, strengthening and development. The main directions of enhancing the efficiency of diary industry enterprises capacities usage are analyzed: through the development of roughage zones (external reserves); through the effective organization of national production (internal reserves). The levels of decision of this large-scale problem are the following: macro-level (the state will have to create the favorable conditions for its realization); micro-level (rational usage of available on every enterprise material, labour and production resources). Two main methods of this organizational and economic mechanism are characterized: modernization and technical re-equipment of dairy industry enterprises; fixing of purchasing prices on roughage materials
