[The status and the development trends of the companies' internal economic relations in Belarus Agriculture]

The development of the national agroindustrial complex takes place at the background of the on-going reorganization of the agricultural companies and forming on their basis new production organizations of the market oriented type. However, many agricultural enterprises turned out to be unprepared for the work according to the new principles, largely lost their production and technical potential, allowed the production decline and lose the efficiency. As a result a number of the enterprise started making losses, many have low profitability rate. One of the reasons for such situation is that these enterprises retained the old economic mechanism, not adapted to market conditions. According to the experience it is possible to increase the production efficiency in agriculture by means of developing economic relations based on the direct incentives of the workers in better utilization of land, technical means and other resources
