[About increasing the level of self financing of the agro-service enterprises and technical availability of the agricultural production]

Increasing the level of self financing of agro-service and other enterprises remains the acute problem for financial improvement of the AIC organizations. Now technical equipment of agricultural commodity producers makes about 50 %. It is important to restore technical potential of agriculture on the basis of its reequipment by machines of new generation which should provide essential growth of labour productivity, economy of fuel, energy, to make production competitive on the foreign market. Modernisation of machine-tractor park should be carried out both due to the state budgetary funds, and due to own financial resources. Researches and practice show, that necessary level of profitability for the agri-service enterprises which will provide their self-financing, it is expedient to establish is differentiated, depending on the kind of industrial activity, volumes, the nomenclature, complexity and quality of carried out works
