[Meat productivity of steers of different genotypes]

Meat productivity and meat quality of crossbred Maine-Anjou x Limousine steers being reared under lactating cows till 160-170 kg of live weight had better performances than Black-and-White steers. Carcass yield had increased by 20,1 %, meat yield - by 10,3 %, semibody weight - by 11,5 kg, meat yield from semibody - by 11,9 kg (P0,001)
